Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the serene Orsenigo countryside, Agriturismo Cassinazza Villa is a gem for families seeking a peaceful retreat. Our stay was enriched by the hotel's free WiFi, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. The children's playground was a hit, offering a safe space for our under-16-year-olds to frolic and make new friends. One fond memory was watching our youngest, under 2, marvel at the farm animals during our leisurely walks on the expansive grounds. The staff's warm welcome made us feel right at home, enhancing our family bonding experience. The spacious and clean rooms provided ample space for relaxation, although some air conditioning noise disrupted our sleep. However, the accommodating staff swiftly resolved the issue with a room change and a discounted rate, showcasing excellent customer service.Agriturismo Cassinazza Villa offers a charming family-friendly atmosphere with delightful amenities for a memorable stay.
